2. Non-Returnable Items

• Screen protectors, earphones, and hygiene-sensitive products once opened.

3. Defective or Faulty Products

• The item will be inspected by our technical team.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing timelines:
• Mobile Money Payments: 3–7 business days
• Bank Transfers: 5–14 business days
• Card Payments: Subject to the processing times of the issuing bank
Shipping, delivery, installation, and service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
5. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase if:
• The product is defective.
• The wrong item was supplied.
• The product remains unused and in resalable condition.

6. Warranty Claims

8. Shipping Costs for Returns
• If the return is due to a defective product or an error by Arman Mobitech, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
• If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
